Anna Nicole Smith and TrimSpa: Class Action Suit

Anna Nicole Smith and TrimSpa Inc face a class-action lawsuit. The suit alleges false or misleading claims were made about the TrimSpa diet pill.

TrimSpa has already been hit by the Federal Trade Commission to the tune of $1.5 million. That because of these sort of marketing claims:

"Your high speed dream body diet pill" and "It makes losing 30, 50, even 70 pounds (or however many pounds you need to lose) painless.

Nicole Smith endorsed the TrimSpa X32 product. However in a candid interview some years ago -- this seems to be how she really lost the weight:
